Return Guidelines for Customers
If you are a Wellness Warrior customer and are dissatisfied with any Wellness Warrior product, you may return:
- Any unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.
- Any opened product within 30 days after shipment for a credit on your Wellness Warrior account of the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping charges and a 20% restock fee.
Product Kits, Collections, and Medical Bags
- Any product kit or product collection returned to Wellness Warrior must be complete and unopened; otherwise, the kit and/or collection will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. No individual items from a kit and/or collection will be eligible for a refund. The customer will be reimbursed the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping charges and a 20% restock fee.
- Medical bags returned to Wellness Warrior must be returned with all locking seals intact within 30 days. The customer will be reimbursed the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping charges and a 20% restock fee.
Return of Promotional Products
For any complimentary items received by you via a qualifying purchase or through the buy-one-get-one-free promotion or other promotion, returns will be handled as follows:
- If a qualifying purchase is returned in whole or in part and negates your qualification to receive the complimentary promotional item(s), the complimentary item(s) must also be returned or you will be charged for the free product(s).
- If one of the promotional products is returned, Wellness Warrior will not credit you, as Wellness Warrior will assume the returned item(s) is the promotional product(s). If all promotional products are returned, Wellness Warrior will credit you for the product purchased minus a 15% restock fee and applicable shipping charges.
Procedures for Returns
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
- The customer or who purchased it directly from Wellness Warrior must return the product(s).
- The product(s) must be returned in its original container.
- The return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is included in each order when packaged for shipping. It may also be obtained by calling Member Services at 1-877-645-4372, or by emailing info@Wellness-Warrior.org.
- All returns from customers must be shipped prepaid to Wellness Warrior. Wellness Warrior does not accept COD packages.
- If returned product is not received by Wellness Warrior's distribution center, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the shipment. Wellness Warrior is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- No refund will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged or defective.
