This is a perfect, affirmative essential oil blend that ishand created to aid the expectant mother before and during the birthing process. This essential oil blend is already diluted so when the time is ready, there's no need to fuss with diluting oils on your own. Simply roll the blend around your lower abdomen or on the outside of your ankles.

PROPERTIES:
Analgesic, antianxiety, anticonvulsive, antidepressant, antifungal, anti-infectious (urinary tract infections), anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, aphrodisiac, febrifuge (fights fever), immunostimulant, nerve tonic, post-partum anti-depressive, relieves aches and pains, contains sedative properties with soothing and warming components, is a stress reliever, and useful with people suffering from heat stroke.
HOW TO USE:
Aromatic – Add 3-4 drops of oil to distilled water and diffuse; inhale directly by cupping your hands around an open bottle and breathe in deeply through your nose.
Topical – Directly apply using the roller bottle directly to the surface of the skin around the lower abdomen. May also be used on the pressure points of the feet and to the outer ankle and used during pregnancy massage, with the intent to dilate the cervix near the end of the pregnancy. Adding a heating pad to the lower abdomen after application but take care not to get the heating pad too warm. After birth, continue to use this product as a perfume behind the ears, and on the lower abdomen to reduce painful menses.
CAUTION:
For people with sensitive skin, Wellness Warrior suggests diluting essential oils with a vegetable-based carrier oil, such as raw coconut or jojoba oil.
